If you misplaced your Varo Visa® Debit Card, we got you. Keep control of it with Card Lock in the Varo app.
- Tap Accounts > Checking > Varo Bank Account > Misplaced Your Debit Card?
- Tap the slider to turn the card to Locked or Active.
Locking your debit card helps prevent unauthorized purchases and withdrawals. Once your card is locked, it can’t be used to make in-store or online purchases, withdraw money from ATMs, or receive instant transfers from digital wallets like Paypal, Cash App, Uber or Lyft. Other types of transactions, like direct deposits, ACH transfers and bill payments, are not affected.
If your card has been locked for two weeks or longer, contact Customer Service to unlock it at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-827-6526 (Mon–Fri: 6 a.m.–9 p.m. PT, Sat–Sun: 8 a.m.–6 p.m. PT).
If your card is lost or stolen, contact Customer Service immediately.
