No worries - if you lose your card, you can lock your Varo Visa® Debit Card in the Varo Mobile App to block any potential unauthorized charges. Simply log into the Varo Mobile App, go to the Accounts section, then tap on the Varo Bank Account. Tap on the link that says “Misplaced your debit card? Lock it.” Then tap on the slider to lock your card. When you find your card, you can come back to the same place to unlock it.
If you would like a replacement card, please call our Customer Support at 1-800-827-6526, and we would be happy to send you a new card. Varo does not charge a replacement card fee.
