No worries! If you lose your Varo Visa® Debit Card, you can lock it in the app to keep someone else from using it.
To lock your card:
- Go to the Accounts section and tap Varo Bank Account > Misplaced your debit card? Lock it. (If you’re an Android user, tap Lock your Varo Visa® Debit Card.)
- Tap the slider to lock or unlock your card.
If you’d like a replacement card, our Customer Service Team would be happy to send you one. Just call us at 1-800-827-6526 and select option 3. If your address on file has changed, you will be directed to a live agent to assist you. You will need to send proof of your new address to firstname.lastname@example.org before a new card is shipped. Varo does not charge a replacement card fee.
